BIOGRAPHY
Naveen Madala was born in Hyderabad, India. He came to the United States at the age of 4 and was raised in Springfield, Illinois.
Mr. Madala has represented businesses and individuals on numerous complex business and litigation matters over the past 23 years.
Mr. Madala has been a leader at law firms for the last two decades. During this time, he managed and supervised multiple offices, large complex cases and a talented staff of attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants.
He enjoys advising startup companies in various industries. Mr. Madala is now focused on promoting, educating, advocating for and representing businesses and individuals engaged in trade, business, investment and real estate in California.
Mr. Madala graduated from the prestigious Illinois Math and Science Academy and then went on to Northwestern University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He subsequently moved to California to attend law school at the University of Southern California. He completed his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Taxation while at USC. He is a licensed attorney in the State of California.
Mr. Madala has litigated hundreds of cases in his legal career. He has also advised large and small businesses on various issues during all phases, including startup, growth, and wind down.
He has significant experience in international disputes and international business transactions. Over the last ten years, he has represented numerous logistics companies, freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, port drayage trucking companies and other parties in the global supply chain.
Mr. Madala has been a key member of organizations and teams engaged in raising funds, structuring deals, attracting talent, marketing products/services and selecting technology partners.
He is an active member of the business and international trade community in California. Mr. Madala is general counsel of Hesion Sciences, Inc., HeartLung Corporation and ESTV.
